Steering Committee

Steering committee consists of the project manager, project beneficiary and representatives of all partners:

 The aim of the steering committee is to evaluate project development, review of project results and possible short-comings:

–        Project manager will present the actual status, main results and development of project.

–        Each representative of the Partner has then the chance together with the regional project coordinator to present and evaluate his or her experience with the project and whether the project has so far reached the goals of INNOMET project and the Leonardo programme’s objectives. 

–        It is also a possibility to propose changes and suggestions (related to project coordination, management of work packages, dissemination, etc).

–        Also to discuss slightly about finding ways for further financing both in regional (local) and international level.
