The second international meeting of the INNOMET II project took place in Tallinn on the 21st of April 
Third international meeting of the LdV INNOMET II project took place on the 21st of April in Tallinn. Most of the attention was paid to results of Work Package 1 and Work Package 2. Mattias Larsson and Torsten Kjellberg from KTH made a presentation of results of Work Package 1. Main conclusions: 1) Competence = Knowledge + Skill 2) All taxonomies are similar 3) Use Anderson`s revised taxonomy as foundation to the INNOMET system 4) Constructive alignment should be considered in specfying the competence modules. Jüri Riives explained main aspects of human resource development process and INNOMET evaluation methodology which is based on job descriptions, professional standards and competence chart. Tauno Otto (TUT) introduced basic tasks of Work Package 4. Jaanus Vahesalu (TCEB) gave an overview of dissemination activities.
